The Wheel of Life expresses the stages of existance. In the center is shown a cock, a snake and a pig -- passion, agression and ignorance. The 6 realms: of gods, jealous gods, humans, animals, hungry ghosts and hell. The outer rim depicts the 12 nidanas and all is held by Yama, god of death.
